Terms of use

These terms describe the current ChatAdsWatch beta service. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

The service

ChatAdsWatch provides a searchable collection of captured advertisements, inferred industry and intent classifications, competitor reports, and third-party benchmarks where available. Features and data availability may change during the beta. Google sign-in is required to save reports and access certain provider-backed features.

What the data means

The current ad collection is a static snapshot. It does not establish complete coverage of all advertisements on ChatGPT. Capture counts measure appearances in the collected source data, not paid impressions, clicks, spend, or advertiser market share. AI classifications can be wrong. Inferred conversation intent is not an advertiser's private targeting configuration. CPC and CPM estimates are modeled comparisons, not verified ChatGPT ad prices, quotations, or guarantees of results.

Reports are research aids. Check important findings against original sources before making business decisions. Unavailable traffic or provider data is identified in the product. Sample reports are explicitly marked as demo data.

Your account and use

Use an account you control. Do not attempt to access another user's reports, bypass request limits, disrupt the service, or submit unlawful or confidential material. We may restrict access to protect the service or respond to abuse.

Third-party content

Advertisement text, images, trademarks, and linked websites belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement or grant rights to reuse them. ChatAdsWatch is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Google, Semrush, or the advertisers shown.

Availability and beta changes

The beta is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete data, or specific advertising outcomes. When subscriptions are available, ChatAdsWatch Pro costs USD 49 per month plus applicable taxes and renews automatically until canceled. Stripe hosts checkout and subscription management. Canceling renewal preserves access through the paid billing period. A failed renewal does not extend paid access. Each paid period includes the credit allowance shown at checkout; unused monthly credits expire at the period end and do not roll over. Viewing existing data does not spend credits. New provider-backed analyses display a credit quote before you confirm; failed analyses release reserved credits. Contact admin@conversaic.io for billing questions or refund requests. Refunds and disputes may place access under review. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
