Privacy notice

This notice explains how ChatAdsWatch handles information when you use its advertising intelligence website.

Information we use

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, and email verification status. We use these to create your account and associate reports with you. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, your contacts, or your password.

We process the website domain, market, industry, competitors, and topics you enter to generate reports. Generated reports for signed-in users are stored with their account, including reports that have not been bookmarked. Domain classification results may be cached by domain and market and reused for other users. Do not submit confidential information through domain, topic, or description fields.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the application and database and processes network information such as IP addresses for delivery, security, and request limits. Google provides sign-in. Alibaba Cloud Qwen processes submitted domains and markets for AI classification. Semrush receives domains, markets, and keyword-related queries when its data is requested. Google sign-in details are not included in these Qwen or Semrush analysis requests.

Advertisement images and source links can load from third-party websites, which receive ordinary browser request information. Their own privacy policies apply.

Payments and credit records

Stripe processes payments on its hosted pages. We send Stripe your account name, email, and internal account/order references to associate purchases with your account. We store Stripe customer, session, subscription and invoice references, payment status and amounts, billing periods, credit grants, and analysis usage records. We do not store full card numbers or security codes. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy notice. Billing and credit records are retained for service operation, reconciliation and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Cookies and browser storage

We use necessary cookies to complete Google sign-in and maintain a session for up to 30 days. Temporary sign-in state expires after 10 minutes. Browser session storage preserves your current report, pending save action, and whether a sign-in or subscription prompt has already been shown during the session. Logging out invalidates the current session; it does not delete your account or reports.

Retention and requests

Account records and reports are retained to operate the service until removed. Expired authentication records may remain in storage until maintenance. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account information and reports by emailing admin@conversaic.io. We may need to verify that you own the account before acting on a request.
